Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the kbhair-paris.com website between KB Hair Paris (seller) and any individual or professional customer (buyer).

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are natural RAW Hair wigs and hair extensions. KB Hair Paris reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

Article 3 — Pricing

All prices are listed in euros including tax. KB Hair Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.

Article 4 — Orders

Wigs are made to order. The delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is processed online via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay). All transactions are fully secured.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery via Mondial Relay for France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. International delivery available. Free shipping from €230.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
